hi, I am Jill!

welcome to June + Jo!

I was born, raised, and still reside in the small town of Ravenna, Michigan. my husband and I have two daughters who keep us busy with sports, friends, school, and everything else young girls tend to get up to!  we live in an old farm house surrounded by acres of beautiful land where I capture a good portion of my photos (some even featuring our resident chickens). I live for the Michigan months that are above 60 degrees and you can almost always find me listening to music, reading a book, at our camper, or watching baseball.

I love to chase the sun and my favorite time to be behind my camera is when the sun is showing off in the first and last hours of daylight. my typical lineup is a combination of family, senior, and newborn shoots but I am always willing to step outside of the box... never hesitate to hit me with something you don't see showcased on my website and we can see it if's a good fit.
